I am known as Helm Ehmy Catris Ilarde--according to my birth certificate--and a college student currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am taking up my education in University of the Immaculate Conception College Department Davao City, Philippines. Yes, I'm Asian and a Filipina, so what?
Though, already in college, I am still dependent on my parents' support until I can graduate and find "work"(according to my father). Human as I am, I am still unsatisfied with the financial support my father is giving me, (my mother is a housewife, staying at home) so I am now bound to 'finding a way' to get an income for myself to satisfy what I want and need. I am still in the middle of looking for a way to earn while still in school. So what should I do? Get a part time job? "Not bloody likely." My schedule is so difficult enough everyday that I had to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to get to my 7:30 class and return home at 10:30 in the evening despite my 8:30 pm dismissal no thanks to traffic. I don't have time enough to sleep much less work. Should I get a dormitory at least? Nope, as I said, I am dependent to my father when it comes to finances so getting a dormitory is more expensive than commuting back and forth and get other people's sickness along the way. Eww, I know. And you don't wanna know what I am thinking for that last statement.
Being, a perfectionist, I do not like how the community, where I belong, took the mentality of 'if you need money find yourself a job' or 'after graduation, get a job under an employer'. As a matter of fact, when I asked what kind of work they meant, almost all of them came up with the same answer of 'being an employee-work'. Why? What's wrong with that kind of answer, you ask? It's this statement that is said between those lines, "people need an employer to acquire money." If it's still not clear enough, think of it like this, 'You let yourself be ordered around by other people. Worse part, you know nothing about them.' Now do you get it?
The purpose I made this blog is to share what I believe in, what I think and what is right to me. Along the way, I'll already be sharing to you my experiences and learning in the course of money making. It is also to share what I know, and publicize my journal entries (but not my deepest and darkest secrets) and later get popular (lol. Not on media but the net. "If you even dream, dream big"). Don't worry, I also wish to know what other people think, and know the different opinions each person has. So feel free to comment anything (Yes, even criticize my way of thinking) and spend some time browsing around this blog. Have a nice day, have a great time and enjoy your stay! ^^

Nicely written about yourself..Keep blogging.
